It's been awhile

Hi from the web-mater of this OS GUI .com website

It sure has been awhile since I have had time to work on this site, but I have not forgotten about it at all. I plan to soon devote a lot of time to revamping it, in both looks and of course most importantly content.

Until recently I have been working for a Web Design company called Reactive as a Systems Administrator, but they only wanted to use closed-source software. Needless to say the job drove me crazy on so many levels. When the Financial Crisis happened I suspect they lost a lot of their money due to it been invested in American companies like Microsoft, and thus I got the sack along with 6 other people within 2 weeks...

I have been focusing on other issues in my life from then and now find that I have time to devote to my old passion, Open Source and Linux.

I have deleted all Closed-source software from all the computers in my house and converted entire family to Open Source software. My personal Distro of choice is Linux Mint 6. I just love it! Now that I have it running smoothly on everyone's PC's and Laptops I can spend time writing original content and creating new graphics. So Stay tuned to this site, as I have big plans in store for it.
