The name has a double meaning: the OS stands for two things, both ‘Operating Systems’ and ‘Open Source’, and the GUI stands for ‘Graphical User Interface’. These are common terms in the IT industry.
This brand new website which is still currently undergoing heavy development and thus should not yet be considered finished. However, users are more then welcome to register an account and start helping to build their personal profiles and thus get the community off to a good start.
